Conflict of Interest It is the duty of all members to be aware of the Conflict-of-Interest Policy, to identify conflicts of interest, situations that may result in the appearance of a conflict, to question potential conflicts and to disclose these situations or potential conflicts to the Board of Directors. This policy intends to protect the Club of Hearts, Inc.’s interests when it is contemplating transactions or arrangements that might benefit private interest of members or might result in a possible excess benefit.

Privacy Policy The Club of Heart’s values the relationships among its members and third-party relationships. It is each member’s responsibility to insure they protect the privacy of all personal and corporation information.

Ethics Policy The Club of Hearts is proud of the values with which it conducts business. It is every member’s obligation to uphold the highest levels of business ethics and personal integrity in all types of transactions and interactions, emphasize the Club of Heart’s commitment to ethics and compliance with the law and regulations, report suspected ethical or legal violations and help prevent and detect unethical behavior.
